Marla is created by hand dyeing two different multi colors and then twisting them into one unique marled yarn.
It is hand dyed by women artisans in Manos cooperatives in Uruguay's countryside.
Sami is spun of the same fiber and to the same weight as Marla, though it is dyed after plying. Its semi-solid colors are dyed specifically to coordinate with the Marla palette.
