No superwash treatment, just a wash to remove the grease and dirt from the fleece before it is combed for spinning. NSW is dyed in our studio in Fort Worth, Texas and rinsed with a drop of gentle eco friendly soap. Extrafine merino (19.5 microns) is some of the finest and softest yarn that is commercially available for hand dyers, which makes NSW a super-soft 100% wool yarn that is bouncy, keeps it's shape when knit and still feels gentle against the skin.
A great choice for those looking for a luxurious, non superwash, no nylon yarn.
